We talk through the problem, or you write it up if that’s easier. No commitment yet. This is just about understanding what’s actually going on.
Step 2. Proposal
A clear, itemised quote: what’s included, what it costs, and why. No vague “packages,” and no pressure to decide on the spot.
Step 3. Build, with visibility
You’re not left in the dark until launch day. Staging previews and check-ins at agreed points, so you can see it coming together and flag anything early.
Step 4. Handover, and an option to stay supported
The finished site or tool is yours either way. If you’d like ongoing support (updates, backups, small changes) a simple monthly care plan is available. Never assumed, always optional.
