The terms below cover this website, consultancy and development work, and the applications Axtraxia publishes. Privacy is handled separately in the Privacy Notice.

Who these terms are with
Axtraxia is a sole trader business run by Collins Gidisu, based in Ireland. Where these terms say “Axtraxia”, that is who is meant.
Using this website
The content here, including articles, guides and case studies, is published in good faith and for general information. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and acting on it is at your own discretion. If you want advice that accounts for your circumstances, that is what an actual engagement is for.
Text, design and code on this site belong to Axtraxia unless stated otherwise. Quoting a passage with attribution and a link is fine. Republishing whole articles is not.
Consultancy and development work
- Quotes. Every project is quoted individually and itemised. A quote sets out what is included, what it costs, and what it does not cover. It is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
- Scope changes. Work outside an agreed quote is discussed and priced before it starts, never added silently to an invoice.
- Payment. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Ownership. On final payment, the work produced for you is yours: the site, the application, the automation, and its documentation. Axtraxia retains the right to reuse general techniques and non-confidential components, which is how any development practice works.
- Third-party services. Projects often depend on services owned by others, such as hosting, Microsoft 365, or payment providers. Their terms and their pricing are between you and them.
- Ongoing care. Maintenance arrangements run month to month and can be stopped by either side with 30 days’ notice. Stopping does not affect ownership of anything already delivered.
- Confidentiality. Anything shared in the course of a project stays confidential. Nothing identifying a client is published without their agreement.
The applications
Axtraxia publishes its own applications, distributed through the Apple App Store and elsewhere. These terms apply to them alongside the store’s own terms.
- Licence. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the application. You do not get ownership of it.
- Accounts. Where an application offers an account, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and for what happens under it.
- Purchases. Any in-app purchase or subscription is processed and billed by the app store, not by Axtraxia. Refunds follow that store’s policy, and requests go to them.
- Reasonable use. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the applications or the services behind them.
- Availability. Applications may change, gain features, lose features, or be withdrawn. Where something is being retired, notice will be given where it is practical to do so.
Axtraxia Social Publisher
These terms apply to Axtraxia Social Publisher (social.axtraxia.ie), a social media scheduling tool operated by Axtraxia. The rest of these terms also apply where relevant.
Who can use it. The tool is for Axtraxia and people Axtraxia invites. There is no public sign-up. Axtraxia may remove anyone’s access at any time.
Your accounts and content.
- You may only connect social media accounts, Pages and channels that you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for everything you publish through the tool. You must follow the terms and community rules of each platform you post to, including YouTube’s Terms of Service, Meta’s terms and policies, and TikTok’s terms.
What the tool does and doesn’t promise.
- The tool sends your posts to the platforms through their official APIs. It is provided “as is”, free of charge, and without any guarantee that it will be available, or that a post will publish at the scheduled time or at all.
- Platforms can change or restrict their APIs, revoke access, or reject content, and these are outside Axtraxia’s control.
- Check that important posts went out.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, Axtraxia is not liable for lost content, missed or failed posts, account restrictions imposed by a platform, or any indirect loss arising from use of the tool.
Your data. How the tool handles your data, and how to revoke access or request deletion, is described in the Axtraxia Social Publisher section of our privacy policy.
Open-source software. The tool is built on open-source software, including TryPost, licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. The source code of the version we run is available on request from [email protected].
Changes. We may update these terms. The “last updated” date on this page shows when.
What is not promised
This website and the applications are provided as they are. Reasonable care goes into all of it, but no guarantee is made that any of it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a purpose you have in mind but have not discussed.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, because that cannot be limited under Irish law. Beyond that, liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for the work in question, and does not extend to lost profit, lost data, or knock-on business losses.
None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which stand regardless of what a page like this says.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes, and getting in touch
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Work already quoted or under way stays on the terms that were current when it was agreed.
Questions about any of this go to [email protected].
