Three kinds of evidence, depending on what you want to see. Client projects with the reasoning behind them, products shipped end to end, and working systems you can use right now without talking to anybody.

If you are trying to work out whether something in your business could be handled better, the demos are the fastest route. They run in the browser, use sample data, save nothing, and take about two minutes. Reading a description of an approval chain is not the same as clicking through one and watching a rule decide where a request goes.
If you would rather see how a whole project went, including what was decided and why it was decided that way, the case studies cover that. And if the question is what to actually do about a problem you already have, the writing is organised by the problem it solves rather than by the technology involved.
