Resources

Templates and working files you can take away and use. Free, editable, and yours to adapt however you like, including with your own clients.

A short AI usage policy you can adopt, an inventory sheet that works out which tier each use falls into, and a literacy record. Word and Excel, editable.

Why these exist

Most of what gets written about compliance and process ends at the point where you would actually have to do something. You finish the article knowing you need a policy, and you still do not have one.

These are the missing half. Each one is the thing an article tells you to go and build, already built, in a format you can open and edit rather than a PDF you can only admire.

The terms, such as they are

  • Free, with no catch to find later. There is no paid tier of these, no trial that expires, and no follow-up call unless you ask for one.
  • Use them however you like, including inside your own business, with your clients, or as the basis for something you charge for. No attribution required.
  • An email address gets you the file, and nothing else. Downloading does not sign you up to anything. The newsletter is a separate button you can ignore.
  • Every file carries a version and a date it was checked. This area moves, and a template with no date on it is a liability rather than a help.
  • General information, not legal advice. A template is a starting point to adapt, not a compliance guarantee.

Something missing?

If there is a thing you keep having to build from scratch and it would be useful as a template, say so. That is genuinely how the list grows, and it is a better guide than guessing.
